About

NOT JUST ANOTHER REALTOR

Hello everyone,

My name is Ken Dunham Owner/Broker of Dunham Real Estate . I grew up in a small town called Monument CO, graduated from Lewis Palmer High School in 1983. After attending college in Kansas on a basketball scholarship, I moved to the western slope in 1987 to start a business. After 15 years I needed a new challenge so explored my passion for real estate in 2002. During that time I worked for a local company (02-05) than moved on an became a executive member of REMAX (06-09). During the RE downturn/crash from 2008-2014, I decided to open my own firm, this gave me flexibility to explore another opportunity! In 2008 I received my certification to become a golf professional and worked as a local pro in the area for 5 years. This gave me the flexibility to work with kids, adults, events and teach the game I love! Not many people can experience two careers they enjoy!

My Goal:

At all times, represent my clients with honesty, integrity, kindness and understanding. Buying/Selling a home is one of the biggest decisions we make and it should be fun, enjoyable and fulfilling with the least amount of stress possible. I’m an independent agent that ALWAYS WILL HAVE TIME FOR YOU! I’ve lived in the area since 1987 and know the valley well! It would be my pleasure to work on your behalf and will do my very best to ensure your real estate success!
